Deli-Sized Salami

Our 3 lb. Deli-Sized Salami's are perfect for sandwiches, salads, charcuterie boards, and antipasto platters. They're also a great way to buy "in bulk" and save.

Each Deli-Sized Salami is shelf stable for 180 days before opening. Once opened, when wrapped tightly and properly refrigerated, each salami should last at least 4-5 weeks.

Deli-sized salamis are available in Hot Sopressata, Sweet Sopressata, Pepperoni and Salami Milano. Each is handcrafted in small batches and is Gluten Free. Click here to learn about each of our flavors.

Note: though our salamis can be sliced by hand with a sharp knife, a deli slicer is strongly recommended for best results. If you don't have one, home-use deli slicers can be purchased online for as little as $150 or less.
