We craft our dry-aged Spanish-Style Chorizo using an all-natural casing, NC-raised pork and just a hint of paprika and cayenne. The result is an excellent, spicy flavor that's anything but overbearing.
Our Spanish-Style Chorizo works as a great addition to charcuterie boards, adding both a unique visual element as well as a bite-size pack of flavor. It also serves well in dishes like omelettes and fritatas, salads and more.
