Giacomo crafts our Lamb Milano salami with a 75/25 lamb-to-pork ratio, cutting out any gamey flavor while still maintaining lamb's rich, savory notes. The salami is finely ground and blended with fresh garlic, whole peppercorns, and Chablis wine.
Our Sicilian Salami is prepared using a blend of sun-dried tomatoes, kalamata olives and pieces of hand-cut, aged imported provolone.
Both salamis are crafted by hand without added nitrates or nitrites and are Gluten Free.
Each Box contains:
- One 6 oz. Sicilian Salami Chub
- One 6 oz. Lamb Milano Chub
- 1/2 lb hand cut Aged Provolone
