About our Cutting Boards: Our boards are hewn and dried in Fuquay-Varina, NC by a master carpenter, Horace. Horace has dedicated decades of his life to learning and understanding the art of carpentry. Now retired, he has built his own drying shed and builds scale-model tobacco barns available for purchase. To clean your cutting board, wipe down with hot, soapy water and dry. Never place a wooden cutting board in the dishwasher.
About our Salamis: All of our salami chubs are Gluten Free and crafted without the use of added Nitrates or Nitrites (except for those naturally occurring in celery powder).
