All of our salami chubs are Gluten Free and crafted without the use of added Nitrates or Nitrites (except for those naturally occurring in celery powder).
Please Note: Some components of this kit are imported and hard-to-find. As a result, in the unlikely event that we are unable to source a portion of this kit, we may have to make a substitution of equal value. Additionally, due to the inherent nature of utilizing a live edge piece of wood, each piece will be slightly different.
