Damaged and Late Delivery Claims:

Giacomo's is a small, family run business; therefore, your order may take as long as one week to process depending on production schedules.

Any damage or late delivery claims must be reported to Giacomo's Italian Market no later than (2) days after delivery notification.

Damaged or late delivery claims are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Service for United Parcel Service.

Consumers will receive a refund on shipping if United Parcel Service did not meet these terms and conditions.
 
If the parcel was shipped using the wrong delivery method, the consumer will be refunded the difference between services.

Giacomo's Italian Market will only ship replacement products for damaged goods.

All consumers will receive their refunds after a UPS claim has been filed and approved by Giacomo's Italian Market.

Shipping Policy:

All orders will be shipped using United Parcel Service.

Any special shipping requests must be approved prior to ordering.

All standard shipping rates will include the appropriate "fuel surcharge" and "home delivery" fee when applicable.

Shipping Restrictions:

Non perishable:

We feel that our product quality could suffer if it was exposed to excessive heat for a prolonged period of time. Therefore, all orders except the following states must utilize either the Two-day or Next-day shipping option.

North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, and West Virginia.

Shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii will be added to the finished invoice.

A representative will contact you concerning your shipping preferences for out of service area sales.
